The 2 houses are offered for sale either as single objects or as a package. If the 2 houses are bought together as a package there is the possibility to buy the company as the houses are owned by it. The advantage would be that the rental contracts for the 5 apartments in the apartment building can be taken over 1:1. The sale can of course also take place without taking over the company. The buyer will then have to possibly sign new rental contracts with the tenants.
Timing for the sale: upon agreement.
Taxes for the property change are paid by the buyer while the taxes over the real estate profit are paid by the seller.
Negotiations are only carried out with seriously interested persons who can be identified and present a funding proof.
